Rental process

Our simple 5-step rental process will make your life easier!

OPENING HOURS OF OUR RENTAL OFFICE
Monday 2pm to 6pm
Wednesday 9am to 1pm
Friday 2pm to 6pm
Saturday 1pm to 4pm
By appointment at any other moment

  1. Making an appointment
    Contact us by phone or email to schedule a first appointment with our rental representative at your convenience.
  2. Visiting
    Visit our rental pavilion in which you will discover the project’s many features. Our rental representative will take as much time as needed to answer your questions and will let you visit the various unit models that are available.
  3. Choosing and reserving a unit
    Our rental representative will guide you in selecting the unit that best suits your needs, which you may then reserve by completing a simple form.
  4. Signing
    During the second appointment, you will proceed to the signing of the lease and you will receive a tenant handbook outlining the following:
    • Building rules
    • Details of the unit
    • Important contact numbers
    • Emergency protocols
    • Maintenance guide
  5. Moving
    A date and time will be set for moving into your new unit so as to make your move as easy as possible. The building staff will be on-site to welcome you and answer all your questions.

Take advantage of several inclusions:

  • Internet/cable TV/phone
  • Hot water
  • 5 appliances: refrigerator, range, dishwasher, washer & dryer
  • Storage locker (2,5 m2) at parking level
  • Balcon/terrace
  • Concierge service

  • Other TV packages at your charge
