For me, LeVIVO is peace of mind: no more home maintenance, wonderful windows, quality construction and, most of all, the soothing river views.

The main reason we chose LeVIVO is because of all the bonuses: pool, spa, indoor parking and so much more. The other tenants and the management are very friendly.

We ended up here by chance. We had been invited to the open house and when visiting the apartment overlooking the river, we fell in love.

As soon as I walked in, I felt at home. I wasn’t ready to move into a residence and I love that LeVIVO residents are people of all ages.
