The appointment

Contact us by email or telephone to book an appointment with one of our leasing agents at a time that best fits your schedule.

The visit

Visit the complexes and your coveted unit to discover everything LeVIVO has to offer. Our leasing agent will take the time to answer all your questions and take you on a tour of the available model apartments.

The condo reservation

Our leasing agent will assist you in choosing the perfect rental condo for your needs. You can then reserve your condo by filling out the rental agreement. If you have a property to sell, LeVIVO offers you the possibility of reserving up to three (3) condos pending the sale of your current property (i.e., certain conditions apply).

The signature

Your condo reservation is finalized upon signing—in person or by electronic signature—the lease and paying the first month’s rent.

The move

You will be assigned a date and time—and an elevator will be reserved just for you—to ensure a smooth move into your new condo. The building manager will be on site to welcome you and answer any questions you may have.
